We do not offer an expedited service fee, since this process is dependent on good-will developed on the basis of long-standing relationships and carried out subject to practical considerations on a case-by-case basis.
After a minimal holding period, it is possible to sell the real estate shares or investment properties. In the interim, it is usually best to choose an investment opportunity that provides return on investment either in the form of dividends, or extra income through renting.
